Booking sites and presale

According to press reports, tickets are sold through Charlotte Theater, NOL Ticket, YES24, Meta Club and Clip Service. A presale for Charlotte Theater members and Frozen newsletter subscribers was reported to have taken place a day earlier, on October 28.

Check before booking

  • Age: Preschool children are not admitted. According to NOL Ticket, 2026 shows are for those born on or before December 31, 2019, and 2027 shows for those born on or before December 31, 2020. If you are going with a child, check the rule for shows after the new year separately.
  • Group sales: The booking page shows that some seats at many December performances were allocated to group sales, so fewer seats may be left on those days.
  • Discounts: Discounts apply only to the person attending, and the original proof must be shown on the day. Copies and screenshots are not accepted.
  • Anti-bot measures: The booking sites block abnormal bookings, so opening many windows can get you blocked.
