Year-end concert tickets: opening times, booking cutoffs and cancellation fees
Accurate as of October 23, 2026. Schedules and rules can differ by show, so always check the show's detail page before booking.
From late October, sales open one after another for December and New Year shows. Year-end dates are special, so competition is fiercer, and it's easy to miss rules like delivery and cancellation fees after you book. Here's what to do before opening and what to watch after.
Examples
| Show | Dates and venue | Sale |
|---|---|---|
| Nell, 'Goodbye, Hello in NELL'S ROOM 2026' | Dec 31 – Jan 2, 2027, Jamsil Students' Gymnasium | On sale (NOL Ticket) |
| Lee Seung-yoon Concert '0' | Dec 11–13, KINTEX Exhibition Center 2, Hall 10 | Oct 30, 7 p.m. (NOL Ticket) |
Opening times differ by show, and many have a separate fan-club presale. Turn on opening alerts for shows you want and check both presale and general-sale times in the notice.
Finish before opening
- Sign-in and verification: Interpark Ticket is now NOL Ticket, so you may need to switch to an integrated NOL account; see NOL Ticket guide. Fan-club presales often need fan-club verification.
- Payment and address: register a simple-pay option, and save your address for mailed tickets.
- Session and seat priorities: year-end shows often run several sessions. Pick your first-choice session and section, and a second choice if that fails.
- Server time: the booking button opens on the seller's server clock. Use Chochim's NOL / Interpark Ticket server time and click once 0.1–0.3 seconds after the hour.
Rules to check after booking
These are the rules on the NOL Ticket page for Nell's year-end concert. Many shows use a similar structure, but recheck your own show's page.
Booking cutoff
Online booking closes at 5 p.m. the day before for Monday–Saturday shows, and at 11 a.m. the day before for Sunday shows. Don't count on buying right up to showtime.
Delivery
Tickets for this show are mailed in one batch on December 9. If your address changes, update it before then.
Cancellation fees
| When you cancel (before the show) | Fee |
|---|---|
| Up to 10 days before | 4,000 won per ticket (up to 10% of the price) |
| 9–7 days before | 10% of the ticket price |
| 6–3 days before | 20% of the ticket price |
| 2 days before to cutoff | 30% of the ticket price |
Cancel before midnight on the day you booked and there's no cancellation fee, and the booking fee is refunded too. Cancel within 7 days of booking and there's no cancellation fee, but the booking fee isn't refunded. If the show is close enough that the table above applies, the table takes priority.
Returned tickets follow this structure. Cancellations bunch up just before the fee rises: around 10, 7 and 3 days before the show. If you missed out, check the booking page again then.
Be careful with resale
Since August 28, 2026, Korea's amended Performance Act punishes scalping more heavily. Many scams take payment for "tickets for transfer", so read Ticket resale scams and how to avoid them before any deal.
