NOL Ticket (formerly Interpark Ticket): what changed and how to get ready
Accurate as of October 21, 2026. The app and membership rules are still changing, so check the NOL app and its notices before you book.
If you searched for "Interpark Ticket" and landed on "NOL Ticket", you're in the right place. Korea's biggest performance ticketing site has changed its name and then its app. Here is what changed and what to prepare so you don't get stuck at sign-in on booking day.
What changed
| When | Change |
|---|---|
| April 2025 | Yanolja, Interpark and Triple accounts and points were merged. Interpark Ticket became NOL Ticket and Interpark Tour became NOL Interpark Tour |
| September 2026 | NOL Ticket and NOL Interpark Tour were merged into NOL |
| Early November 2026 (planned) | Triple to be merged into NOL as well |
The operator, Nol Universe, says it merged the services because bookings, points and coupons were split across apps, with different payment methods and refund policies. The integrated membership is about 16 million people.
What existing Interpark members should do
- You don't need a new account. Existing NOL Ticket and NOL Interpark Tour customers just switch to an integrated NOL account.
- After switching, your existing bookings stay and can be used as before.
- The switch is often prompted at your first sign-in. Don't do it for the first time on booking day; sign in early and finish it. Time spent on terms and identity checks is time your seats disappear.
Set up before booking
- Account switch and identity verification: some shows need identity or adult verification. A Korean phone number is often required, so foreign residents should check early.
- Payment method: register a simple-pay option or card in advance. If bank transfer is offered, the deadline is short, so note it.
- Shipping address: save it in advance for shows with mailed tickets.
- Show details: sessions, seat map, per-person limits and cancellation fees differ by show, so read the detail page.
- Customer center: NOL Ticket's number is 1544-1555. It is also used for phone booking when available, as with KBO postseason tickets.
Timing the opening
The booking button opens on NOL Ticket's server clock, which is often hundreds of milliseconds off your phone's clock.
- Check the difference on Chochim's NOL / Interpark Ticket server time page.
- Click once about 0.1–0.3 seconds after the hour on the server clock. Click too early and you lose time on a "not open yet" notice.
- If a queue appears, wait instead of refreshing; refreshing can push you back.
The full flow is in Concert ticketing, start to finish, and why server time differs is in Why server time beats your clock.
Common confusion
- "Interpark Ticket" and "NOL Ticket" are the same seller. You may see both names in search results or texts. Watch out for look-alike sites and "proxy booking" accounts, and book only in the NOL app or on the official website.
- Postseason baseball tickets are here too. The 2026 KBO postseason is sold only through NOL Ticket. See KBO playoff tickets, 2026.
- Be careful with resale. Penalties for scalping got tougher on August 28, 2026, and resale scams have grown. See Ticket resale scams and how to avoid them.
